How This Works

There will be a post about the upcoming book for the month. It will include a picture of the book and a synopsis from goodreads.com, when the book will be available to pick up at the Homewood Public Library, and the actual discussion date.

The book discussion is open to anyone who wants to participate whether you are a Homewood patron or not, whether you live in the Chicago-land area or Forks, Washington, as long as you've read the book. We only ask that you are respectful to all participates and their thoughts and opinions.

The actual discussion will be on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 7-8pm. There is a link at the top of the page that says "Book Discussion Chat Room" and that is where the discussion will take place.  From there, you will be able to use the chat room directly on the page or you can click on the  "popout" button on the bottom right corner to make the chat room open in a separate window. At the end of the discussion the page will once again become unavailable until the next designated discussion time.

FYI: The Chat room works best in the Mozilla Firefox browser. If you do not already have it, you can get it here (it's awesome): http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

If you have any questions you can email us as supernatural@homewoodlibrary.net
