October 8: This House is Haunted by John Boyne

1867. Eliza Caine arrives in Norfolk to take up her position as governess at Gaudlin Hall on a dark and chilling night. As she makes her way across the station platform, a pair of invisible hands push her from behind into the path of an approaching train. She is only saved by the vigilance of a passing doctor.

Summer Program

We're very excited about the new trend of YA books being turned into movies, especially because there are plenty of supernatural books being hitting the big screen. So to do something fun this summer,the Online Supernatural Book Discussion is going off-line and into the library!!! We will be reading 3 books that have recently been made into blockbuster movies and then watching the movie right after the book discussion.

 We will be meeting the second Wednesday of the summer months in the library's meeting room at 6pm. 

Come and discuss the book. Stay for the movie, snacks, and comparison of the movie to the book. 

Registration is not required. Snacks will be provided.
